Shipping Times & Rates
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days for domestic (U.S.) orders, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States ONLY.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or high order volume during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on any significant delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Ellefam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ellefam.com immediately, within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ellefam is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reroute or resend orders.
