Calabash

Hand-coiled raffia, woven into the rounded silhouette of a calabash gourd, a shape carried for generations across West African households, used to hold, pour, and gather. This earring brings that same quiet utility into something wearable: a small woven vessel. 

Each piece is coiled by hand, so no two are exactly alike,  slight variations in tension, color and shape are part of the artistry, not a flaw.
